I offer a personalized form of Integrative massage, tailored to your unique needs.

I will work with you to create a relaxing session that can include rhythmic Swedish techniques, deliberate Deep tissue myofascial techniques, grounding Thai-style compressions, integrative Esalen-style full body strokes, and calming CranioSacral and Acupressure holds. I offer Cupping, Guasha, and infrared heat treatments as well. I do not offer Prenatal   ( I am happy to refer you to those that do)
